DROVA
Building from Bengaluru
Commercial Vehicle Infrastructure

The operating system for India's commercial fleets.

One missed renewal can park a truck for weeks. Drova starts by making sure that never happens — then builds outward into how fleets hire, insure, and run.

The problem

Every commercial vehicle carries five clocks, ticking on five different days.

Most fleets track these in registers, WhatsApp groups, and a driver's glove compartment — not a system.

01
Insurance
expires soon
02
RC
renews yearly
03
Fitness Cert.
expires soon
04
PUC

05
Permit

Multiply that by a fleet of hundreds, and one lapsed document isn't a paperwork problem — it's a grounded vehicle, a check-post fine, or a client contract at risk.

How we're building it

Docubox first. Everything else follows from what it teaches us.

Drova's plan is sequential, on purpose — solve the vehicle-side compliance problem before touching anything else.

In build — first product

Docubox

A document vault per vehicle. Upload once, and Docubox tracks every renewal date and pushes a WhatsApp reminder before anything lapses — no app to check, no register to maintain.

Next

Driver network

Once vehicle-side compliance is solid, a marketplace connecting fleets with verified commercial drivers — the other half of keeping a truck on the road.

Later

Renewals, handled

An agent-led service that files government renewals directly on an operator's behalf — Docubox tells you what's due; this makes it disappear entirely.

Docubox, in practice

Compliance that runs quietly in the background.

One vault per vehicle

Insurance, RC, fitness certificate, PUC, permit — every document for every vehicle, in one place instead of five.

Alerts before it's urgent

Docubox watches expiry dates so an operator doesn't have to, surfacing what's due well before it becomes a problem at a check post.

Reminders on WhatsApp

No new app for drivers or dispatchers to learn — renewal nudges land where fleets already communicate.

Who's building this

Built by someone who's run fleets, not studied them.

R

Drova is being built by Rajat, out of years spent operating inside India's commercial mobility stack — not observing it from the outside.

He scaled Vozi, an EV fleet business, through 24x growth to over 7 lakh trips and ₹15 crore in cumulative revenue. At Cautio, he led fleet-telematics partnerships, including a tie-up with redBus. He currently runs Locomotion Fleet, and carries a warm network of large fleet operators into Drova's earliest pilots.

Still early. Building in the open from here.

Drova is pre-launch — Docubox is in active build, not yet in the hands of operators. This page exists so the people who should know what we're building, do.
